1. What Is the Product Protection Plan?

The Product Protection Plan is an optional add-on available for products purchased on the IJOYMOTO website. Coverage includes:

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, cracks, liquid spills) from the date of purchase
  • Power surge damage from the date of purchase
  • Mechanical and electrical breakdowns that occur after the manufacturer's warranty expires

2. Within One Year Warranty Replacement

After purchasing this Product Protection Plan, if a quality issue or failure covered under the plan occurs within one year from the date of product purchase, you are eligible for a warranty replacement (replacement instead of repair). Specific replacement terms are subject to the rules of the third-party protection provider.


3. Plan Cost

The cost of the protection plan varies depending on the product and coverage period selected. The price will be displayed at checkout.


4. Enrollment & Activation

You may enroll in the Product Protection Plan at the time of purchase on the IJOYMOTO website. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with your coverage details. Coverage begins on the date of product purchase.


5. How to File a Claim

If you experience an issue covered by the plan:

Please note: The maximum claim amount is limited to the original purchase price of the product. IJOYMOTO will provide assistance as needed throughout the process.
