PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

- In-stock e-bikes: Ships within 3–7 business days
- In-stock accessories & components: Ships within 6–10 business days
- Pre-orders: Refer to the estimated ship date on the product page

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Destination: Continental United States (48 Lower States)
Estimated Delivery: 3–8 business days after shipment
Shipping Cost: FREE
Carrier: FedEx Ground Service

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO Addresses
- Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska
- U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam
- Military Districts
- Addresses outside the continental U.S.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking activates within 24–72 hours. Contact us if tracking isn't updating after 72 hours.

SHIPPING CHANGES & FEES
- Address change BEFORE tracking number issued: No charge
- Address change AFTER shipment (successful intercept): $20 fee
- Order cancellation after shipment: $250 fee
- Refused delivery: $250 fee
- Package already delivered to original address: $250 fee

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather, or customs clearance.
2. Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to activate after shipment.
3. IJOYMOTO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to carrier actions.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
