At IJOYMOTO, we stand behind every bike we build. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how we make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Requests after 15 days will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
· Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase.
· Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
· Use a trackable shipping method for all returns — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
New and unused items returned within 14 days qualify for a full refund (less return shipping costs). No restocking fee applies.
RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS (UP TO 15 DAYS)
A 20% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
· Batteries (due to lithium-ion shipping carrier restrictions)
· Items damaged by customer misuse or negligence
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are typically shipped about one business day after the order is placed. If you cancel the order before 24:00 on the same day the order is placed, you will receive a full refund. If the package has been picked up and shipped, a flat fee of $250 per e-bike will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. If you refuse delivery, please notify us in advance to avoid delays.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless IJOYMOTO made a shipping error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after 3 business days, check your bank account, then contact your bank. Still no refund? Email us at support@ijoymoto.com.
